"When we walked in off the street in late fall 2021, and met Heather without an appointment, we felt an instant connection with her because she immediately said she'd show us some properties in Ridgefield. An anecdote that I think is most telling about how much care and thought Heather puts in - when touring our home prior to closing, we happened upon a little red remote control car that was left by the previous owners and must have been 20 years old. As we walked the house our son, 5, was pushing it around because it no longer had the remote. A few weeks later after officially closing, Heather stopped by our home and much to our surprise, manifested the remote for our son - which she somehow found on eBay. It was one of the most thoughtful and kind gestures, and was a wonderful welcome to this lovely town we now call home.
